By accessing, registering on, or using the tk 1971 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read this Terms & Conditions document in its entirety and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. These Terms & Conditions govern all products and services offered by tk 1971, including but not limited to the sports betting sportsbook (cricket, football, kabaddi, basketball), the online casino (slots, table games, crash games), the live dealer casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), all promotional offers and bonuses, the account management portal, and all customer support interactions.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by tk 1971 are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to any given promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus Abuse

tk 1971 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; systematically placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; colluding with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes; and exploiting any technical error, loophole, or oversight in the platform's promotional mechanics. Any user found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently banned from the platform.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited in ৳ Taka and may only be used on the tk 1971 platform.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until all wagering requirements are satisfied.
• tk 1971 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a specific promotion explicitly states that combination is permitted.
• Where a maximum cashout limit is stated in the promotion terms, winnings exceeding that limit cannot be withdrawn.

Users may request the closure of their tk 1971 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Requests for account closure will be processed promptly, and any available real-money balance held in the account at the time of the closure request will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. This applies to voluntary closures initiated by the user as well as closures initiated by tk 1971 for any reason.

tk 1971 reserves the right to close any user account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances: confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering; provision of false identity information; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or any other action deemed by tk 1971 to be contrary to the safe and fair operation of the platform.

Following account closure initiated by tk 1971 for breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending a full investigation. Where the investigation concludes that the user has engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, tk 1971 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in its entirety.
